Simo Lorenz' "Megalod EX" Project took the better part of two years to come to completion, with all tracks going through various iterations until they met his exacting requirements. "Megalod EX 1" is a foreboding ambience of things to come, next "Megalod EX 2" showcases Lorenz' signature hypnotic groove and finally "Megalod EX 4" trips out on ferocious hihats and driving synth lines. Luis Flores reworks "Megalod EX 2" into a relentless tool with industrial undertones while HOURS delivers a gritty take featuring a pulsating bassline and unrelenting percussion.
